Dear future client,
It is with sincere love and enthusiasm that on this day, December 21st, 2018, the day of the winter solstice, that I welcome you to the grand opening of our online home and the beginning of our journey together.
This letter is not being written as a part of an SEO strategy or a marketing gimmick. I am writing you today, both as a promise to you and a reminder to myself, that as long as I am in service to you, to always treat you as I would want to be treated, to care for your business as if it was my own, and to do everything I can to help you achieve the success and happiness you seek.
I know that starting and running a business can be scary and can make you feel alone, but I am here to tell you that if you choose to join me on this journey that I will always be there for you whenever you need me to help you navigate this ever-changing technological landscape.
I will be there for you regardless of the task, whether it's big or small. I will be there for you in the middle of the night when you start panicking because you think your website is down when it's really just your internet connection (it's ok, it happens to us all). I'll be there when you're wondering why the logo color on your website doesn't exactly match the one on your business card and I will take as much time as we need, to help you calibrate your computer screen. And I'll be there when you're looking to kick off that holiday marketing campaign that's going to take your business to the next level and help you achieve your life goals and dreams of making this small business a thriving success. And one day we can tell this story together, of how we started small and slowly helped each other grow.
And what better time to start than the winter solstice, for as the sun rises and shines, so shall all our hopes and dreams, so that they may become a beacon of hope and light to everyone who comes in contact with us.
Most importantly and above all else, I promise to always value our relationship as the most important asset of all. And as I value our relationship, so too should you focus on the ones closest to you this holiday season. For what good is a thriving business, or enormous profits if you can not spend time with the ones you love.
We have lots of work to do, for we are now, in the beginning. So let there be light wherever our paths may cross, so that we may recognize each other and begin our journey.
